When this site was visited by Albert White there was an indentation in the road marking the resurveyed point. The road has been repaved again and no traces remain of the principal meridian initial point. Additionally the historical marker has been removed.

State Borders

 This surveying post of concrete and steel pipe is within 5 feet of the State border monument. It is marked P.O.T.
